Crest Glide ® Floss has partnered with Alison Sweeney, (Sami Brady, Days of Our Lives) and Host of The Biggest Loser to better get the word out to Americans that flossing is extremely important. Sweeney created a play on words regarding how the product works for her… “Working in television while taking care of two young children can be stressful, but knowing I have a healthy smile always gives me the confidence I need to glide through a hectic day.”
Crest Glide and Alison will join Feeding America to host the Crest Glide Tight Spaces Challenge events this month in Los Angeles and New York. Alison will encourage the crowd to show their prowess at sliding and gliding through a specially designed Tight Spaces obstacle course. For every person who participates in the Tight Spaces Challenge events, Glide will donate $1 to Feeding America. Additionally, Crest Glide is encouraging others to tweet about tight spaces on Twitter. Consumers are asked to tell Glide about the “Tight Spaces” in their lives using the hashtag #GlideTightSpaces. For every person who tweets with the hashtag #GlideTightSpaces through December 31, 2009, Crest Glide will donate $1 to Feeding America. Crest Glide will make a guaranteed donation of $20,000 to help ensure families across America will have food on the table this holiday season.
The Tight Spaces Challenges will be held in New York City, Tuesday November 10, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 PM. in the Southwest Plaza of Union Square, Manhattan and in Los Angeles on Saturday November 21, 2009 from noon to 4:00 PM. in the center court of Hollywood & Highland.
